It is possible to recover (recycle) thinner, toluene, methanol, ethanol, and fluorine-based and chlorine-based solvents.

The use of organic solvents is high, and addressing their disposal and compliance with VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations has become an important issue. The organic solvent recovery and recycling equipment developed and manufactured by our group company, Kobex Co., Ltd., provides a solution that balances cost reduction and environmental considerations in response to these challenges. Feature 1: It is capable of recovering (recycling) first and second class petroleum products such as thinner, toluene, acetone, MEK, ethyl acetate, as well as alcohols like methanol, ethanol, IPA, and fluorinated and chlorine-based solvents. Feature 2: Using Kobex's unique technology, solvent regeneration is performed in a vacuum state, which lowers the boiling point of the solvent and allows for a reduction in electricity energy costs. Specific Benefits: If an average of 40 drums of waste ethyl acetate is produced per month, a cost reduction effect of approximately 1.2 million yen per month and over 14 million yen annually can be expected. Additionally, the discharged residue can be sold to recycling companies instead of being disposed of. With such specifications being highly regarded, the company's equipment has a proven track record of delivery to major domestic manufacturers across various industries.
